InTune
about.
InTune is a digital platform designed to educate, track, and support women in understanding their hormonal health throughout all life stages, from menstruation to menopause. Recognizing a significant gap in comprehensive hormonal education, InTune provides personalized symptom tracking, expert-backed resources, and a supportive community to help users navigate their cycles with confidence. By merging science-driven insights with an intuitive interface, the app offers a centralized, stigma-free space for users to take control of their well-being.
challenge.
Despite the profound impact that hormonal cycles have on daily life, many women lack access to structured, science-backed education on the subject. Research revealed that 1 in 4 users were unfamiliar with the four hormonal phases, 50% relied on informal sources like social media for information, and half lacked menopause awareness. This lack of knowledge often results in mismanaged symptoms, uncertainty, and social stigma, preventing open discussions and proactive health management. InTune was developed as a holistic, user-friendly solution to bridge this educational gap and provide a personalized, accessible approach to hormonal health tracking and learning.
result.
By integrating AI-powered cycle tracking, an educational hub, and a supportive community, InTune successfully creates an all-in-one resource for hormonal health management. Users can log symptoms, receive predictive insights and wellness recommendations, and connect with others to share experiences, all in a single, intuitive platform. The app not only helps users anticipate and manage cycle fluctuations but also fosters a deeper understanding of hormonal health, equipping them with the tools to make informed decisions about their well-being. Through education, empowerment, and inclusivity, InTune redefines how women engage with their health, reducing daily disruptions and preparing them for every stage of their hormonal journey.
